LMDC’s vision is to inspire the homeless population to live according to their purpose and not by their circumstance. It is our goal to end homelessness one individual & family at a time.

Crisis Intervention Management ~ Our Crisis Intervention managers work one-on-one with individuals to know their values, set and prioritize goals, and assist clients to grow to be independent.

Housing ~ We assist families who are homeless or nearly homeless by focusing on improving their life situations. Through collaborating with a wide range of community partners to locate and secure affordable housing for clients in need of temporary or long-term housing.

Life Skills & Employment Training ~ Life skills and Employment training is offered in-house by collaborating with outside agencies and community partnerships.

Breakfast & Lunch ~ Our team with the support of passionate volunteers provide a hot wholesome breakfast every morning from 6am-8am, and a nutritious warm lunch every day from noon-2 pm to individuals in need.

Adult Literacy Education ~ Connecting adults 18 and up with skilled reading tutors to assist in individual case-by-case needs based on individual in-take assessment. Offering individual and group sessions on a weekly schedule, as well as monthly round table discussions.

Mental Health Awareness & Support ~ We educate, empower, and support families and communities to better understand and care for the mental health of youth and adults.

Outreach ~ We educate the public and help individuals and families experiencing homelessness find available resources and shelter.
